If you received damage or incorrect tiles, you will need to inform us with in 48 hours from delivery. We will ask for the photograph of damage tiles to resolve and send replacement as soon as possible.
Due to the batch/shade variation. we operate a selected returns policy where the goods is over ordered. To inquire about returning a goods , please contact us at email@example.com. We will refund any unopened boxes with in 14 days of delivery. The fund will be processed with in 5 working days following our receipt of return.
If you change your mind to cancelled you order, it have to be done before its dispatched.
If you like to return any goods, you will be responsible for organizing the return to our shop.
There will be charges for the collection of returns, if we have to make some arrangement.
Goods can only be return without packaging, if they are defective.
If the original packaging surrounding the goods has been damaged or destroyed, we will only issue a refund when the goods is being returned due to a defect.
